**IMPORTANT INFORMATION**

 

If you insert a SIM card to the phone and turn it on and it does not register a network, Please follow this steps to set the phone to register a network:

 

Press the MENU button and go to Settings > Network >  Mode and from here, select 'AUTO' and this should resolve any issue. 

 

 

 

NOTE: To turn on the phone, you have to press the power button for about 5 seconds. see power button below.
